Our glogg bottles are made out of stainless steel for good reason

Plastic bottles are cheap and easy to clean but they often leave drinks tasting flat and stale. There’s also the ongoing debate about the safety of the polycarbonates used to make many plastic water bottles. All in all, we at glogg would rather steer clear.

Stainless steel is that bit tougher than aluminium and so less prone to scratches and dents. Aluminium bottles also requires an interior plastic coating, which stainless steel doesn’t and we all know the issues with plastics... Finally, the colourful coating that we apply looks better on steel, so glogg bottles are just that little bit shinier too!

And don’t even think about reusing a disposable bottle
The worst kind of water bottle is the kind that you only use once - the PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottle that are used for mineral water, fizzy drinks and fruit juices. This kind of plastic can leach a nasty called DEHP after repeated use. In addition, these bottles are not designed for re-use and so are often difficult to clean. The nooks and crannies inside the bottle are perfect for harbouring bacterial growth - not so great for your health!

So, our stainless steel bottles are durable with a quality feel. They’ll keep your drinks tasting fresh and cool for much longer than other alternatives but most importantly, they’re safe and easy to clean.
